Contact centre expansion

Founded in Kerry in 1981, FEXCO has grown a global customer base by providing currency-based solutions to the Financial Services and Tourism sectors and now processes over 20 million financial transactions a year. With its customer base expanding, FEXCO chose to proactively enhance the capacity and resilience of its contact centre services, and it selected eircom to help achieve this.
